Meet the Team

Anne Jackson
Director of Communications
With a management background in the third sector and skilled in marketing and communications, Anne is approachable and honest with strong relationship management skills. She has a strong social conscious and is passionate about community engagement. Anne is also a Director of Warrington based CIC, Treasure Your Wellbeing, which delivers outreach mindfulness to people in Warrington. She is happiest with a bag of Roast Beef Monster Munch, a ‘Builders Brew’ and walking miles along her favourite North Wales beaches with her family.

Russell Treasure
Director of Wellbeing
Russell Treasure has been practicing Mindfulness and Meditation since his early thirties and started to teach in 2013, with a Diploma (Distinction) in Teaching Meditation and a certificate in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Russ is also a Director of Warrington based CIC, Treasure Your Wellbeing, which delivers outreach mindfulness to people in Warrington, and volunteers for The Salvation Army and a local food bank. Russ can be found salivating over Lotus cars, looking after his chickens and dreaming of being an Alpaca farmer.

Adrian Cunliffe
Director of Training
Adrian Cunliffe has over 30 years experience working within the NHS and frontline emergency services eventually becoming an instructor teaching the NHS and the public and has also worked in phase one clinical research. He currently heads a team of medics at Warrington Wolves. His other major role is as a health and safety/first aid instructor as well as teaching various training courses for carers in the community. In his spare time he enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar and drums. According to his family he is a connoisseur of the mushy pea!
